We're excited to announce that emerging deep house artist MARSAW, pronounced Mar-Saw, will be releasing "Tribe of Eurafric (Never Go)" on 24 May 2024 via MND Music. This track is the finale to Paroxysms, Pt. 1, the first part of his three-part EP project.

Building on the success of his earlier singles "Underwater Station (Safer)" and "Don’t Wanna Know," MARSAW's latest offering goes deep into his African heritage. The artist combines African rhythms with his signature electronic sound to create a unique auditory experience. MARSAW says that "Tribe of Eurafric (Never Go)" is a tribute to his roots. He says, "I've embraced my African heritage and incorporated its rich rhythms into my electronic sound."

Paroxysms, Pt. 1, is more than just an EP; it’s a musical homecoming. The term 'paroxysms' refers to sudden bursts of emotion or activity, which reflects the intense and personal journey that MARSAW has undertaken. The EP features a blend of intricate bass lines, hypnotic piano melodies, captivating synth plucks, and mesmerising percussion, all layered to create a deeply immersive listening experience.

Martin Sawyer, the creative force behind MARSAW, has carved out a niche in the electronic music scene with his thought-provoking and authentic vibes. Sawyer has been in the music industry for two decades, and his moniker is a playful twist on his name. It symbolises his commitment to staying true to himself while navigating the ever-changing landscape of electronic music.

As MARSAW reveals the next stages of his Paroxysms project, fans can look forward to seeing different sides of his upbringing and the musical influences that have shaped him. However, Pt. 1 really shows that the heartbeat of Africa is the driving force behind his sound. This ongoing project will deliver a new release every month, keeping listeners engaged and eager for more.

Don't miss out on the chance to experience MARSAW's journey through "Tribe of Eurafric (Never Go)" on 24 May 2024, via MND Music. It's a track that not only shows off MARSAW's deep house skills but also proves that embracing your cultural identity in music can be powerful.
